Returns
If for any reason you do not agree with what you have purchased, you can return the product within a period of fourteen calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods and you must complete it in the return center.

Costs incurred by cancelling or returning orders (round-trip shipping, etc.) will be borne by the customer.
No returns will be accepted for the SALE, OUTLET, SWIMWEAR, and hygiene products collections.
Returns will be accepted only if the returned merchandise is in perfect condition, labeled, and accompanied by the return receipt.

Changes & Exchange
This is a return and a new purchase. To do this, you must send a return of the garment you want to change to our facilities and process a new purchase in the size you want. The new order created with the desired size will be processed as any other normal order.

The exchange period is fourteen calendar days from the date of receipt of the purchase.
